Bellroy is on the search for a Demand and Supply Planner to manage our inventory, generate sales forecasts and balance our supply and demand. We’re growing more than 30% year-on-year and focused on upgrading our processes and systems to have us ready for faster growth. As our Demand and Supply Planner, you will be vital to helping us keep pace during this time of rapid development and will be responsible for our inventory health in 5 parent locations and 12 child locations from 4 supply locations around the world.
As a part of our Operations team, you will be working closely with our Production and Sales teams to maximise inventory availability while minimising stock holding. You will need to combine an analytical and collaborative approach when generating sales forecasts, weaving historical sales trends with projections from our campaign planners and sales teams. You will be in charge of monitoring our inventory KPIs, noticing when we’re getting off-track and proactively putting corrective actions in place.

You have a couple years’ experience and are comfortable in ERP environments. You might not have worked as a demand or supply planner before but you are comfortable with and get a kick out of working with large datasets. You can work a spreadsheet like nobody’s business and transforming granular data into a neat, reliable supply plan sounds fun to you and something you can’t wait to get started on.
You care about doing things right and you have the patience to double check and make sure. Hard working, meticulous and highly organised, you can plan with precision and great attention to detail. You like to have a deep understanding how things work and know what is going on under the hood. You’re able to pinpoint when and where a process is flawed and would thrive in an environment where you are able to update processes as improvements reveal themselves to you.
